"The whole purpose of places likes Starbucks is for people with no decision making ability whatsoever to make six decisions to buy just one coffee… short / tall… light / dark… caf / decafe… low-fat / non-fat… etc cetera. So people who don’t know what the hell they’re doing… or who on earth they are can, for only $2.95… get not just a cup of coffee… but an absolutely defining sense of self." You've Got Mail (movie quote)
LIFE:
In life there are a multitude of decisions that need to be considered. Often the biggest and most important ones come on a whim and force us to choose a direction almost solely based on intuition and gut. Those that can not learn to make a choice either way will be left without what they want.
COFFEE:
Hmm sometime choosing the right cup of coffee can seem like a defining moment in ones cultural awakening. If you an avid shop dweller then you have already found your calling. No matter if it’s anything from a tall regular with sugar and milk to a fancy medium white chocolate mocha with a small whip on top one can find comfort in tradition. It’s like wearing a comfortable pair of pajamas and feeling warm inside. This progression to self-realism may not be instantaneous and in some cases may require several experimental trips to trips to local coffee local. But when you find your “Zen” cup you’ll know.
The Dude Abides.
